Now in its 15th year, Melinda Brody & Company’s New Home Sales Video Mystery Shopping Benchmarking Report has chronicled the changes in Sales Associate performance measured through our onsite video mystery shops.  The data included in this year’s annual benchmark report is compiled from calendar year 2021 results from video mystery shopping over 1200 Sales Associates from 32 national and regional new home builders.
